Scottrade: Incorrect (duplicate) balances shown in Mint

It has been reported that Scottrade customers are seeing duplicate balances across multiple Scottrade accounts in Mint.  We aggregate your accounts on a nightly basis, and expect the balances to update correctly over the next 24 hours.  You can speed up the aggregation for your accounts by following these steps:

  1. Login to Mint
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on the gear icon next to Scottrade, and select Refresh

This will trigger a refresh request to our server to update your account.  Check back in 1-2 hours to see your updated account balances.
