Invalid client error on iphone 6

Over the past few weeks, I have received an invalid client error when trying to log into Mint on my phone.  I am able to access my account on my ipad and online.  Here is what i have tried so far to correct the problem.

1.  i have shut off phone and restarted
2.  I have reinstalled Mint 3 times on the phone
3.  I have updated my IOS software
4.  I have reset my password online 
5.  I have verbally abused Mint (this made me feel better but had little effect on phone).

I really like the app but will not be happy only being able to access my account on my ipad when traveling.  thanks.

I'm very sorry for the frustration this has caused, unfortunately, I'm not certain what might be going on here. I'd typically suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the app, but you've already done that several times.
