Creating weekly budget
Hi, does Mint allow users to track their budget weekly, instead of monthly? since my paycheck is weekly. And I'm managing my fund using the formula: Income(weekly) - bills(weekly) - savings(weekly) - buffer (weekly) = spendable(weekly) . Can mint have me with that? Alert me if I'm spending close to or over my weekly spendable budget?
I have been using mint for months now. At the beginning I thought mint is cool and had tons of features. I signed in often to see my spending, charts, and all that, but only at the first few weeks of using mint. As right now, I found myself use mint less and less, and I don't think mint is actually helping me with anything besides looking at my transactions, which I can do the same on my banks' online banking sites. The reason I think is that I'm busy with work everyday and don't really have the time to check individual detail of my spending. And sometimes I spent a little less on one category and I want to spend a little more on another. So I'm not really worried too much about if I'm over budget on each individual category. I'm rather worried about if I spend too much on my over all weekly spendable so that I won't have enough to pay for the bills. I find that Level Money from Level Money Inc. has the feature for me to calculate and monitor my spendable. I think it is a very useful feature for my and I hope that mint will have it too. Otherwise I don't really know if how long I will keep my mint account.
Lastly, mint's latest feature "mint bill"(previously Check) is more useful to me than the actual mint.
