Suggestion: The Ability to Designate "Joint" accounts and hide half of the account's transactions from Budgets.
My partner and I have both a joint credit card and a joint chequing account. This is really throwing off my budgets, as it is showing 100% of the transactions of each account on my budgets, when I'm only making 1/2 the total income in the household. I believe that each partner should be able to budget individually from each other.
Can I suggest that under an account in the settings, an option to designate the account as a joint account, and have Mint only acknowledge only 1/2 (or any other fraction) of the costs of the transactions in the budget.
Other moderators have suggested splitting transactions and hiding half of each from the budget, but it is ridiculous to expect people to manually split each transaction and hide half from budgets.
