Some, but not all transactions syncing with US Bank credit card

Upon doing year end tax reporting, I've discovered that at least 2 of my utilities that I pay with a US Bank credit card were not synced for a large portion of 2013 and 2014. Mind you, Mint synced most all other transactions with the credit card. I've had the credit card synced with Mint for several years and so it is odd why it would just stop syncing only specific transactions. Syncing for those two utilities picked back up again in August of 2014 and appears to be syncing properly since then. 

The credit card currently says that it was updated a few minutes ago, but it clearly is not finding everything if I can find records of the expenses on US Banks website. Is there a way, without manually entering each expense or losing all of my current Mint history, to force Mint to refresh it's history or look back further in my bank's history?

I've been relying on Mint for accurate reporting and unfortunately this is cause to doubt and wonder what else has not or is not syncing properly.



I'm sorry that some of your US Bank credit card transactions are missing in Mint, I understand how that could be troublesome.  It certainly is unusual that you would see a pattern of transactions missing for one payee.  While we can force refreshes of transaction history, it will only be effective for what is available in your account's recent history on the bank's website, which is usually only the past 30-90 days.  Unfortunately there is no way to put those older transactions into Mint at this point, manually or otherwise.  I apologize the inconvenience and I wish there was more I can do, but there simply isn't any way to go back that far to aggregate those transactions and there isn't any way to manually post cleared transactions to an account.
