Keep tax deferred accounts out of Transactions
I want to keep Tax Deferred accounts out of Transactions. With numerous such accounts, my choices appear to be: 1) manually remove ~50 transactions a month as "duplicate", 2) pay my accountant/CPA extra month to carefully filter/remove these when dealing with taxes, 3) don't put these accounts into Mint, and 4) seek out what I'm missing for an easy answer or enhancement request. So I put in one of my tax deferred accounts as a test. One Ameritrade account has 8 sub-accounts. There is no value for me to see the plethora of internal transactions, it only complicates my use of Mint and slows me down, plus adds opportunity for errors in tax reporting later.
My biggest reasons to use Mint are to be proactive with taxes by categorizing expenses (tax deferred accounts are irrelevant to that), and to remain vigilant about our 40 or so accounts, to which tax deferred accounts have no bills, no payment dates, no late fees, no overdraft...basically no value in transactions.
How can I see tax deferred accounts in Mint without being required to deal with their individual transactions?
