Two credit cards erroneously changed to closed status, one of which was re-added w/a slightly different name and producing duplicate transactions. How to resolve?
Sometime in the past week, my "Citi AAdvantage MasterCard" and "Citi Dividend MasterCard" credit cards were erroneously updated with a closed status. These accounts, however, are still open and active. In addition, a new account, named "Citi / AAdvantage Platinum Select" was erroneously added, containing duplicate transactions as the now closed "Citi AAdvantage MasterCard". Please provide suggestions on how to resolve this situation. Thank you.
