I'm sorry that your'e having trouble with Citibank in Mint, I understand how inconvenient it can be when a financial institution isn't syncing. I took a look and the error we're seeing is for invalid credentials. If you haven't yet, please log in to their site directly and ensure your info is correct, then log back in to Mint and update as needed by going to Accounts at the top of the page, then clicking Fix It over the Citibank entry to see the update option. However if you update and are sure the data is correct but are still having the same issue, please use the Contact Mint form to open a ticket so our support team can further investigate and assist, or reach out to our Chatteam during available hours.
I found the only solution was to delete my citibank account and re-add it. This fixed the problem but if you added any details (say cost categories for checks) this info will be lost.
Not ideal but at least now my Citibank is updating

My Citibank accounts have not synched for a week, and I've submitted a form to Mint three days ago. I haven't heard back from Mint as to whether they're working on it or any other information. Frustrating!
Sorry for the trouble everyone, but it looks like most of these connectivity issues have cleared up as of yesterday. However if you're still having trouble that I'm not seeing, please reach out to the support team with one of the options in my original answer above.
Just in case anyone else finds this thread to try to find a solution, i'm also having the same problem. I've just submitted a ticket to Mint like Jessee has suggested.
No updates since July 17th on all types of accounts from Citi (check/saving, credit cards). It happened once in awhile before so I tried other time or next day. But this problem does not go away and I tried from multiple computers.
People come to Mint for help and answers—we want to let them know that we're here to listen and share our knowledge. We do that with the style and format of our responses. Here are five guidelines:
Keep it conversational. When answering questions, write like you speak. Imagine you're explaining something to a trusted friend, using simple, everyday language. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible. When no other word will do, explain technical terms in plain English.
Be clear and state the answer right up front. Ask yourself what specific information the person really needs and then provide it. Stick to the topic and avoid unnecessary details. Break information down into a numbered or bulleted list and highlight the most important details in bold.
Be concise. Aim for no more than two short sentences in a paragraph, and try to keep paragraphs to two lines. A wall of text can look intimidating and many won't read it, so break it up. It's okay to link to other resources for more details, but avoid giving answers that contain little more than a link.
Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.

I'm wondering if this is specific to certain accounts or if it's something else. I'm having the same issue. I've submitted a support ticket to Mint.

Mine cleared up after I found a 2013 stop on exterior transfers and cleared that. No idea if this was coincidence!

@seawolf021 @jdp1120 @nicky.echevarria Your errors are for Citibank credit cards, which are a separate entry than Citibank deposit accounts that this thread was referencing. However there was a known issue for the credit card accounts (https://mint.lc.intuit.com/announcements/1190931) which is marked as resolved, so it's strange that you're still having issues. please use the Contact Mint form (https://www.mint.com/contact-mint) to open a ticket so our support team can further investigate and assist, or use our live chat service during available hours (https://mint.lc.intuit.com/questions/1128894).
