Again! connectivity issue with Citibank account.

Hi, again I am having connectivity issues updating my Citibank account. It was fixed and working a two days ago but  Today and Yesterday I can't update my citibank's transactions. You need to check again what is happening please. I hope this problem is not going to be frequently.

I know it can be frustrating when an account does not update. I saw you had posted a question about this before; did you Contact Mint technical support? It sounds like it might be an intermittent issue. 

I did a little more digging on the connectivity levels for this account and most aggregation attempts are going through, so I'm not why your specific profile is having this much trouble. I apologize I can't do more to assist; please continue to work with support so they can gather more data about your issue and resolve it.
