CitiBank not connecting since July 16th!

I have not been able to update my Citibank Thank you Business MasterCard or Visa.  My personal Citibank Thank You Premier and other two Citi cards update fine, but the two Business accounts have not updated Since July 16th.  This is the third time this has happened and it is so frustrating.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Has anyone been able to fix it or know why it's happening?

I know it is frustrating when an account does not connect in Mint. The error being returned appears to be related to Mint being unable to read the data from this account, though the reason is not especially clear.

Most types of extended connectivity issues should be escalated by the support team since they often require work to be done on the connection, which is something the moderation team cannot do. Please Contact Mint support so our technical support team can investigate this and determine the cause, and escalate for resolution if it is needed. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this in the meantime.
