Hi - I can't link my Empower retirement account (website available here: https://www.retireonline.com/rpsparticipant/splash.jsp) to my Mint account. Suggestions?

I'm sorry that your'e having trouble syncing Empower Retirement in Mint, I understand how inconvenient is is when a bank won't link.  I took a look and it doesn't seem that this is the URL we have on file for Empower Retirement; instead we have https://dcportal.putnam.com/dc-ph2-participant-web/Login.htm which also is a valid address.  

I dug a little deeper and it seems we do have JP Morgan Retirement Plan Services(Empower Retirement) in our system that points to the address you provided, but it's inactive right now since we can't support that site due to it's current security protocols.  I apologize for any inconvenience this causes; we may be able to support them in the future, but for not it's not possible.
