My Investor Connect accounts haven't updated in 5 days.

My accounts haven't updated in 5 days. I've submitted a request for a fix via the "accounts" section in both the web-app and mobile-apps but haven't received anything in reply. What's going on and is there a fix?

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with Investor Connect in Mint, I understand it's inconvenient when a financial institution isn't syncing.  I took a look and the error we're seeing is very unusual, so unfortunately I don't have any information on it to share.  However our support team can help, so please use the Contact Mint form to open a ticket so our support team can further investigate and assist.  Alternatively, you can use our Chat service during available hours.  I'm sorry that you didn't' get any response with the other methods you tried, but these are our official support channels.

People come to Mint for help and answers—we want to let them know that we're here to listen and share our knowledge. We do that with the style and format of our responses. Here are five guidelines:
