AT&T Universal Card problems

I know there is a "known issue" pertaining to AT&T Universal Cards not updating in Mint, but that strand is closed to replies, and it's been there for 30 days with no further updates.  It looks like there are over 80 people who have indicated they have the same issue. 

Mint has not been able to update my AT&T Universal Card for over one month, and yes, I have submitted multiple Help Tickets to the Tech Support Team.  The last I heard, Mint had escalated this issue to the 'Data Connectivity Team', but that was over a week ago, and they have no further information for me.  Normally, Mint has been responsive to problems, and forthcoming with information.  With these AT&T Universal card problems, I feel as if the issue has been sucked into a black hole.

Does anyone in the Mint Support Community have any new information, based upon having heard from a Mint Tech Support member?  If you are experiencing the same problems, please contact Mint directly so we can expedite a fix:  https://www.mint.com/contact-mint.

Hello CHG,

I'm sorry for the ongoing connectivity issues with AT&T Universal in Mint, I understand how frustrating it can be when a financial institution isn't syncing for extended periods of time.  I wish I had more info to share with you, but all us moderators know right now is the same info listed in that known issue thread (https://mint.lc.intuit.com/questions/1192667), that the engineers are working on the issue and there is not any set ETR currently.  

I know some high-impact issues arose since that post and those have likely taken priority over this issue, so it could have been on hold.  Filing tickets for the issue at this point isn't going to help things along; those tickets are often closed due to there being a Known Issue thread, so answering tickets that continue to come in anyway is just taking away from the time they have to work on the issue.  However our engineers don't forget about or ignore these problems, so they will get this fixed ASAP.  Thanks for your continued patience meanwhile.
