Missing transactions from Tangerine Chequing - no response from Mint.
I have been in contact with Mint support over the past several weeks, reporting missing transactions from my Tangerine Chequing account over the past 2 months. I am missing random and sporadic transactions. Some of which are routine cheques that occur weekly, while others are also regularly scheduled EFTs. I have contacted mint twice at firstname.lastname@example.org however I have heard nothing for over 2 weeks (not even an acknowledgement) and the missing transactions have not pulled in, despite all other events having come across. Undoubtedly they'll trigger a "refresh" but this has not been useful to date. It makes it very difficult to rely on this tool for budgeting.
