Over month ago, received message that said BenefitWallet account changed or no longer existed. Tried adding again but has said has a connectivity error for weeks. Why?

The first error said that the account number had changed or that the account no longer existed.  Neither was the case.  I updated the user and password info but the error remained the same.  I deleted the account and added it again, but received an "temporary connectivity issue" error.  I have tried multiple times since then to "fix" the account, but to no avail.

I am having this error too, though Mint is now showing

"It appears the name or account number has changed for one or more of your accounts. Mint should automatically discover and reconcile these accounts". 

One of the things I noticed when I logged into BenefitWallet recently was the message in my inbox: "Welcome to the newly designed BenefitWallet member portal!"  Perhaps BenefitWallet's update has broken Mint's functionality temporarily?  I hope the issue gets resolved  soon.
