What is the current status with connectivity/communication issues between Mint and Tangerine accounts?
I know that I am not alone here... Tangerine accounts are not updating properly. The balance for my accounts are correctly displayed in Mint, but transactions have not been synced since September 5th.
Update: I went to the chat help this morning (Sept 15). I have been given a ticket number and told: You should be expecting an email update thru that ticket #. In the interim, please do not delete the account in question in attempt to resolve the issue as it will interfere with the investigation and could result in the loss of any historical transaction information that may be associated with the account. I asked about time line and they said 5 days to 1 week to resolve.

Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.

Same here, seeing the balances on my accounts update perfectly fine but transactions haven't been updating since September 5th.

I've tried the "workaround" highlighted in another question of the same kind (i.e. try the mobile app) and it did nothing.

Last transaction in Mint for any of my Tangerine accounts was Sep. 3, though the balance continues to refresh. Submitted a ticket via Mint Chat.
