My Fifth Third Bank (5/3) transactions are refusing to update/sync once again (includes checking, 2 credit cards, mortgage, and brokerage). Why?

My Fifth Third Bank (5/3) account transactions are refusing to update/sync once again. They haven't updated in 5 days. This is true for all of my Fifth Third bank accounts (checking, 2 credit cards, mortgage, and brokerage).  This connectivity problem occurs far too frequently...from every few weeks to several months apart, and it lasts for far too long when it happens.  I would feel much better about using Mint as a financial monitoring and planning tool if this didn't happen so frequently.
