For the past 3 days, my Citimortgage has not updated automatically. Also, when I click on the refresh arrow in the update window, nothing happens, not even an attempt.

Typically, if an account does not update automatically, I can click refresh and there is an attempt made. In this case with Citimortgage, the arrow box does nothing. Sometimes the arrow itself disappears for a nanosecond when clicked, but reappears as if nothing happened. There is no attempt, no loading icon, and no error message.

I understand it can be frustrating when an account does not connect in Mint. It appears this account is failing to connect due to invalid login credentials, which is likely why you're unable to refresh the account normally. At this time, there aren't any known issues with connecting to this institution.

Please return to that institution's site and try logging in there directly, then return to Mint and verify the same credentials are being used. If you're sure they are correct in Mint, but Mint still will not connect the account, please use the Contact Mint support form or use our chat option from the Support page (appears during business hours only, 5-5 Pacific Mon-Fri) so our support team can gather data about your specific situation, communicate with you directly and further assist you.
