understand it can be concerning when an account no longer connects in
Mint. Usually, the Mint data connectivity team will update these
accounts accordingly, to accommodate for changes such as the one you mentioned..
you suspect a recent change has caused your accounts to stop
connecting, and it has been several days since the change occurred, this will need
to be escalated by technical support as changes to the
aggregation scripts used to connect the account can only be made by
them; we will also need more individual user data to be able to ensure the connections are working properly once the changes are made.

It's okay to link to other resources for more details, but avoid giving answers that contain little more than a link.
Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
