Will there be an answer to correct the Computershare connection problem soon?

Mint and Computershare are not connecting.  It has been a problem for quite awhile but there does not seem to be any solution.  When will this problem be addressed?

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with Computershare in Mint, I understand how confusing it can be when a financial institution isn't syncing.  I did a little digging, and it seems that this financial institution is included in a group of banks that are impacted by an issue that our engineers are currently working to resolve.  Due to the scope of this issue, it will take some time but we're expecting a fix in mid-November.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause meanwhile, and your ongoing patience and understanding is appreciated.
