Not able to connect to Computershare (Employee Plan Login) - Canada account.

I tried the steps below which I found online. Still it's not working. Please look into it.

When you add the account through, make sure you are adding right one which is the Computershare (Employee Plan Login) - Canada account. I initially messed this up and used the US one.

Enter your user name and password as usual. For the Company Code, enter CGI GROUP INC. and don't forget to include the period. I guess that's CGI's official name registered with the GIB ticker symbol.

When I did this, it prompted me with security questions, but after answering those, it seemed to work"
