Synchrony Bank account expenses syncing as income?

Is anyone else having this problem? The issue with Synchrony Bank accounts not connecting with Mint was resolved about a month ago, and I've added my account. However, when my my transactions sync from Synchrony Bank, all the expenses from the account show up as income to the account. Balances are correct, just the transactions are screwed up. It's been like this since day one when I was able to finally add the account to Mint.

I already tried deleting and re-adding the account. Didn't work. I contacted Mint support. They "escalated the issue to their data connectivity team for further investigation." Haven't heard any updates for weeks now. Thought I'd check in the community to 1) see if anyone else has the problem and figured out a way to resolve it and 2) to see if the issue can get some critical mass so Mint support will actually escalate the issue to get it resolved.
