I am coming back to MInt and when I updated my Bank it synchronized everything except 1 month, I am missing September 3rd through November 1st. How do I get this data in.

Before I updated I was missing all of 2015, so it did go back and get a lot of data.

It sounds like you haven't used Mint in quite a while, and when you loaded in, you're missing some recent transactions. If you fix all of your connection errors, you may get back most of your recent transactions, but you'll probably still be missing some and those won't be retrievable.  You need to use Mint somewhat regularly (say once per week) if you want to make sure you get all of your transactions.  Logging in regularly will allow you to see if there are connection errors and to fix them or if you can't fix them, allows you the time to report the issue and have it fixed in time for all the transactions to still be downloaded.

When did you connect this account to Mint?  If it was only recently, the reason why is that it will only pick up what is showing the "current transactions" view.  If you continue to use Mint and make sure that it continues to connect properly to Old Navy from now on, you'll get all the transactions from now forward.  You will not be able to import all the pre-existing transactions.  The "current transactions" view at each institution differs, but you usually get a couple of weeks to months worth of prior data from the day that you initially connect it to Mint.  Anything before that can't and won't be retrieved.
