ACE Elite account connectivity issue + incorrect transaction account

My ACE Elite account was updated successfully two days ago and has been showing "temporary connectivity issue" for two days. Hope it can be resolved soon. 

The most important thing is that my BoA credit card account showed a credit card payment received from my Brinks account, together with a spending of the same amount in my Brinks account. HOWEVER, the payment was made using my Citi Checking account, and the Brinks transfer was made to my ACE Elite account. This whole thing is a mess now. What actually happened was two transactions: one from Brinks to ACE, the other from Citi to BoA, though both with the same amount. Out of whatever reason, my Mint is showing only one posted transaction with the amount from Brinks to BoA.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
