Why have I not received a response from Mint; I have filed 3 separate tickets over the last 2 weeks. I check the junk/spam folder. My info is current in my profile.
There is nothing in the spam/junk folders. I have checked my email settings and internet settings. My information is current and accurate. I have double checked my email address. It is not a problem of transmission: Mint has not responded via any channel expect a generic moderator answer to questions posted here. An honest answer on a time frame of when issues will be fixed would help me be more patient.
