BMO Login Change

Bank of Montreal (BMO) recently changed from an abbreviated account # login to full account # login.  I've been getting connectivity issues for two days as a result.  The problem is neither the iPhone app nor mobile browser versions allow me to change my BMO login information.  The fix it button just tried to connect with wrong login, and only gives ignore or delete account after the inevitable login failure.  How do I update my BMO login information?

Because the error BMO accounts is returning is not for invalid credentials, you won't be able to change it until the current error is resolved. Engineering is working to resolve this; there was a script issue causing accounts to generate errors which was resolved, but has resulted in a new type of error which is currently being addressed. Our teams are still working diligently to resolve this and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please do not delete your bank account from Mint as you will lose data; please simply wait for the error to be resolved by our technicians. Thanks for your continued patience and understanding.
