I have a BMO Mastercard and it has been experiencing a "temporary connectivity" error for a couple of days now. Is this a known issue? Are you working on fixing it?

It is a BMO world elite card if that makes a difference.

Hi folks,

Engineering is working to resolve this; there was a script issue causing accounts to generate errors which was resolved, but has resulted in a new type of error which is currently being addressed. Our teams are still working diligently to resolve this and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please do not delete your bank account from Mint as you will lose data; please simply wait for the error to be resolved by our technicians.

We're in the process of getting updated messaging for this account so folks have visibility on this situation. Thanks for your continued patience and understanding.

  1. Keep it conversational. When answering questions, write like you speak. Imagine you're explaining something to a trusted friend, using simple, everyday language. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible. When no other word will do, explain technical terms in plain English.
