Why is my Discover Credit Card missing transactions?

I've been missing transactions since 11/17/2015 although some transactions do get through. I have been emailing MINT but they are calling it a glitch. My newest missing transaction happened on 12/1/2015. I find it disturbing they are calling it a glitch and telling me to enter transactions manually. If this is the case, I will gladly use another budget software application. And, please do not call me a minter (so tacky).

I was assigned a new agent and looks like my problem was resolved (knock on wood).
