why won't my citi account sync after almost 3 weeks of engineers working on it?
My Citi account has not synced in almost 3 weeks. I've tried Mint chat every few days and just get told to wait some more. For the first week support made it seem like the issue was I was inputting incorrect login information, then finally somebody realized the problem was on Mint's end. I've never had an issue with my citi account and I used this account so much around the holidays and so far behind on my budget because they still haven't fixed it yet!
