Why does Prudential's quarterly "Benefit Fee" incorrectly credit my account instead of debiting it?
For my Prudential Annuity account, I am charged quarterly "Benefit Fees", which Mint (incorrectly) imports as a "credit" instead of a "debit" to my account. These transactions represent service fees and NOT credits to my account. I don't want to need to delete each of these transactions, or manually enter them as new.
There doesn't appear to be ANY way to edit what Mint has applied as a credit and make it a debit. (That field doesn't allow for entry in order to correct errors.)
Please advise. This has been going on since I opened my Mint account, and the only transaction you'll see among my long list of transactions is the one I manually entered to reflect a DEBIT vs CREDIT.
