Why is no one acknowledging that there is an active issue with TD Ameritrade Institutional - Advisor Client accounts? This account is not syncing with Mint.
The account is available for selection to sync to Mint, but there seem to be severe issues in connecting.
I have reported numerous errors via the actual Account addition page within Mint but since no one can seem to take the time of day to respond, I have now had to resort to opening an actual ticket here.
I left Mint a few months ago because of recurring issues like these and decided to give you a second chance. It's looking more and more like I'll be leaving again due to horrible customer service and pathetic integration capabilities.
