My discover credit card will not connect after i was issued a new card due to a security breach.

Is the new Capital One 360 account a personal or business account?  If it's a personal account, it should've been automatically updated.  To test, you might try adding a duplicate institution using the same credentials as before (it will tell you it's a duplicate, but you can override it and force it to re-add).  If it pulls in only two accounts, you're no better or worse off than before.   If it pulls in three accounts, then something has gone wrong with the auto-detection process for additional accounts.  If it turns out there's no other way to get all three accounts detected in your original institution box for Capital One 360, you might keep the duplicate but disable the duplicate accounts and only keep the new account active in the newer institution box.

If you added a business account, then it can't be imported into Mint - at least for now.  Capital One's app won't even let you see your business accounts in their own Capital One app, so I would guess that would need to be enabled before anyone else would get access.

Was your original Discover card marked into "Closed" status?  If so, try to change it back to "Active" and see if it refreshes and puts the new card's activity into your original account.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
