Why am I unable to connect to my Capital One Bank account?

I have not been able to refresh my Capital One bank account information for the past 24 hours.  I have confirmed my log in credentials are correct my signing in directly with Capital One.  I deleted the account information and tried adding again to see if it would solve the problem but it did not.

I opened a support ticket with Mint.  Someone did contact me and worked some magic on their end, and now I am in and able to connect to Capital One Banking (not 360).  Maybe their refresh or whatever they did will help everyone too?  If not, I suggest contacting them to troubleshoot the issue for you.
