How can I connect my Desjardins Online banking account to Mint again?
I can't connect my Desjardins Online banking account since I changed my password. I tried changing my password, but Mint cannot identified in Desjardins and tells me my credentials are wrong (which they are not). It's been a month now without updates from this account to my Mint's account.
So I've now tried to delete completely the account to add it again, but the same problem persist. Is Mint having trouble identifying into Desjardins Online Banking?
