Mine will not sync. I give it my trowe user name and it comes back with my mint login and says "invalid". It looks like it is trying to override my trowe login with my mint login
I found a solution in another thread ... the issue is because the passwords are longer than 10 characters ... delete all extra characters from the end of your password and that will fix it. I did it and it worked.
Mine was not working, but today I received a message from Mint that "my username and pw" were not entered and to try entering them. Well, I **had** entered them previously, but because Mint "could not connect", Mint kept deleting them. So I tried entering them again, and lo and behold, it worked. Mint customer service then replied if they could "share what I did", I told them "I didn't do anything, YOU did, so you should probably share *that*". Anyway, point is, try entering the login credentials AGAIN and see if it works this time!
I just fixed mine ( Finally). Change your TRP password to 10 digits and then update it in Mint. Someone else posted this solution and it worked for me.
Same issue as everyone else. I changed the T Rowe Password to less than 10 characters and was able to get it working after re-adding the account. However, after it updated, it stopped working again.
People come to Mint for help and answers—we want to let them know that we're here to listen and share our knowledge. We do that with the style and format of our responses. Here are five guidelines:
Keep it conversational. When answering questions, write like you speak. Imagine you're explaining something to a trusted friend, using simple, everyday language. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible. When no other word will do, explain technical terms in plain English.
Be clear and state the answer right up front. Ask yourself what specific information the person really needs and then provide it. Stick to the topic and avoid unnecessary details. Break information down into a numbered or bulleted list and highlight the most important details in bold.
Be concise. Aim for no more than two short sentences in a paragraph, and try to keep paragraphs to two lines. A wall of text can look intimidating and many won't read it, so break it up. It's okay to link to other resources for more details, but avoid giving answers that contain little more than a link.
Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.

Me too... yet another account that doesn't work with Mint now. Nearly half of my accounts now don't sync and mint has done nothing to fix it.
