Zions connection hasn't updated in weeks, despite many refreshes and re-entering credentials
My Zions Bank account has not been updated in weeks.
I have seen several topics posted with unhelpful "answers" from moderators saying that there might be high amounts of activity and that they've initiated a refresh. This is nonsense; I have refreshed about a hundred times and nothing has changed.
I can log into my account on the ZionsBank website, and I've even re-entered my credentials in Mint, but nothing helps.
I sent in a support ticket. They promised to reply within 24 hours, but all I got was a "Sorry, I can't help you but I've contacted somebody" message.
