Why aren't all my card users listed on my Chase business account?
I have a Chase business card that has two account users and two different sets of transactions. Everything was fine until a few days ago and now only one user shows. The main user on the account doesn't show so it shows a zero balance. A couple of days ago there was an duplicated user listed under the card on my account and I saw that there was a resolved issue listed on your site pertaining to duplicate accounts. I don't know if maybe this caused my problem but I need it fixed.
