Hi Everyone,
Our development team has been working on resolving this
issue and are working on a server fix to resolve this issue. Until that fix is implemented there are a
few things you can do that may resolve this issue for you.
Option 1: Remove any
Emoji and/or special characters from your device name. To do this on iOS 5.2.0 go to Settings >
General > About > Name. From here
you can modify the device name.
Option 2: Reset your
Network Settings. To do this on iOS
5.2.0 go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
**NOTE**: This
solution will require you to re-add your Wi-Fi settings.
