Trouble connecting Motif Investing.Issue "bank uses authentication method prevents Mint from adding account."I contacted Motif, still not working.How do I get it to work?

Others are having this problem, I see them on the forum, checked all forum posts tried everything and still can't "authenticate".

I've been trying to do this since I started my account.

Using pc, iOS and mac (tried on all), tried also on chrome and firefox. Nothing has changed the issue.

Tried signing into Motif first then tried signing into mint, still gives the same problem. Motif says there isn't a way so why do you advertise that there is.

We apologize for the connectivity issue. It appears that your account has an authentication problem. This generally happens when a  onetime pass code is used as a form of multi-factor authentication (MFA) on the bank’s website that Mint is unable to support. 

To verify, please check your bank’s website to see if they have changed/added new forms of authentication methods or if you have modified your online profile to include an enhanced form of security authentication.

If this is the case, we will be unable to aggregate data for this account, and there is nothing more we can do. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.
