Sorry for the inconvenience that your card isn't showing in Mint. I can see that you're Discover Card is refreshing fine now. I also checked that the last error occurred 4:34PM Tue, Jun 14, 2016 and is due to bank outage or unplanned maintenance.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
