My Sunlife account has been communicating poorly with MINT. I re-entered the acct# and pw, still doesn't work. Got the "it looks like they have a msg for you" error.
- Sunlife acct not communicating with Mint.
- Ensured acct# and PW were updated.
- Error: "It looks like they have a message for you on their website. Before we can connect with the account, you'll need to see what they need."
- Follow link to their website, login to sunlife, and there is no message.
- I've repeated this process a few times. There never appears to be any message on the Sunlife webpage for me.
- After that, I tried changing my password on the Sunlife page, then updated the password on my Mint page for the Sunlife account. Same error.
- I checked the Sunlife "message inbox." no messages. Also no prompts open when I log into their page.
What can I do?
