There were several open threads that are now closed regarding Waddell & Reed, specifically about Mint no longer syncing with their accounts properly. What is being done?
It's been months since this issue was updated, and since myself (and several others) continue to have trouble connecting to Waddell & Reed accounts it makes sense for Mint to fully disclose/update this matter.
I've confirmed multiple times that login credentials are not my (or likely anyone else's) issue. This is a Mint error, not that of the end user.
Please take responsibility and provide a detailed explanation of this matter as soon as you're able.
