CapitalOne 360 accounts only update the balance not transactions.
For the past few months my CapitalOne 360 accounts will only update overnight. That has been annoying but not a huge issue. Starting 7/15/2016, however, now only the balance updates. The transactions are all frozen at 7/15. I can't see any of my paychecks or bill payments so all my charts and budgets are screwed up.
I have tried the access code reset trick that has fixed other CapitalOne 360 issues. No luck though. When I try and manually update the account it seems to connect and authenticate fine but dies on the retrieving information phase.
I have about 6 sub-accounts active. The checking is still updating but missing transactions. All of them will only update overnight.
