ICMA-RC only connects sporadically.

ICMA-RC only connects sporadically. Sometimes, it doesn't connect and says I need to answer additional security questions but does not give the me questions to answer. Other times, it doesn't connect and says that one of my accounts seems to have been closed, which none of them have. Then, out of nowhere, the account will connect fine one day and update itself, only to have another week of problems the following day.

I have checked the ICMA-RC website and there does not seem to be any prompts or login problems and I have access to all my accounts. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
