Trying to add Transamerica account. Previously, got an error saying it could not be added. Now I get message saying I already added it, but it does not show up anywhere.
When I initially tried to add my Transamerica Retirement Solutions account, I got an error message saying my login credentials were wrong. Although this was not true, my account never showed up. I have since attempted to add it again, and now I receive a message saying I previously added the account. However, the account does not show up anywhere. It's not on my list of active or inactive accounts, and I can see no way to either get it to show up or delete it and try to start over. I'm at a loss as to what my options are at this point.
