2 of my CIBC Investor's Edge accounts have not updated at all in the past few weeks.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

The error code we are seeing indicates that two or more of your CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) accounts may share the same name, which is confusing our aggregation process.  

Please login to your bank site and double check the names for each of your accounts and make sure they are all unique so we can recognize them as separate accounts.

Once you do this, if you make any changes, please refrain from logging into your Mint account for 24-48 hours to allow our batch process to “discover” the newly renamed accounts.
