Citi Costco Card has two accounts listed and thus showing duplicate transactions. When I try to mark one account as 'Closed', the duplicates still appear.

Similar issue as this previous post that did not garner any solutions:

i know that it is not an ideal situation fo you. Let me asist you with this. I have checked your account in my end and saw that there was no duplication created. Can you send us a screen shot of the duplicated account and the prove that you have set the other account as CLOSED but still apperas. This will help us identify the issue and investigate further.
