Possible resolution to unavailable account options...

I understand certain cards and accounts can't be added or are just currently unavailable, so is it possible to create a manual account/ transaction input feature to allow individuals the option to enter account details and sync them with the apps features i.e. Cash flow, graphs, upcoming payments etc.. Please understand I am no algorithm wizard so if my request is not feasible, I understand.


Manual accounts are possible, but not with transactions attached to them.

On the website, go to "Accounts", switch to "Other", click on "Add Other Property", choose "Money (or Debt)" and change it to "Cash(Positive)", then continue with the process.

If you need to add new Real Estate, go to "Accounts", switch to "Real Estate", click on "Add Real Estate", enter your address and complete the process.

If you have no online login that shows them now, then the best you can do is a "manual account".  On the website, go to "+ Add Accounts", click on "Add property" (lower left corner under "Add assets you own"), choose "Cash (or Debt)", click on "Next" with "Debt" selected, then continue with the process.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
