I have a CU acct and Chase acct with multiple accounts - I would like to hide or deactivate some but I get an error every time I try to close the account in settings.

I have a First Service Credit Union account with multiple savings and checking accounts, and I have a chase account with a loan tied to it.  Both are not mine, but co-signed so they show up in my feed for my accounts in the relevant banking sites.  I do not want them to show in Mint and have tried several times unsuccessfully to deactivate them only to get an error message.  How can I exclude or deactivate one account from a grouping without deactivating the whole thing?

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
