The Charles Schwab Retirement Planning account asking if my account is Closed or changed, it hasn't.
My Charles Schwab account is asking if my account is Closed or if i got a "replacement card". Neither have happened and when I try to refresh it will not authenticate or update. I have reentered the credentials and gone to the website and retested the credentials and it logs in. The account is there, no changes. Is this a known issue?
